I delight in a challenge

But online experiences shouldn’t be challenging.

Whether users are booking a flight, shopping for a gift, or transferring money between bank accounts, they have a task to complete. The process of completing that task should be easy. In many cases, it can—and should—be enjoyable.

I see the content design as the glue that fuses the human connection between the user and the product. I became enamored with the role of content in the design process, and the collaboration required to build products users truly enjoy.

I’ll never stop challenging myself, whether it’s related to work, being a better parent, or learning how to properly hang heavy items on a wall.

I’ve been lucky to work with some amazing and talented people. Sharing some of their kind words here to also reflect the relationships behind the work.

I worked with Hilary for several years at Fiverr. She brings sharp thinking, clarity, and empathy into every collaboration.

Super talented, low ego, and just great to work with.

— Noa Ziv, Product Group Manager

I have the pleasure of working closely with Hilary for nearly three years, and she continues to impress me with her professionalism, clarity, and deep expertise in mobile app content design. Her work is consistently thoughtful, user-centered, and perfectly aligned with our product vision.

Hilary brings a positive and steady presence to the team—she’s reliable, collaborative, and approaches every challenge with a solutions-oriented mindset. It’s truly a joy to work with her.

— Shir Nidam, Senior Product Designer

Hilary is my ultimate partner in crime when it comes to crafting Trust and Safety policies. It’s a complex, ever-evolving, and nuanced field, and there’s no one I trust more to help me polish our Community Standards. Together, we ensure our policies are not only clear and enforceable for internal teams but also transparent to our community.

In our Trust and Safety team, whenever a project gets particularly challenging, we say, “It’s time for Hilary to work her magic”—and this is indeed what her work looks like. Her top-notch professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and valuable insights are matched by her compassion, care, and remarkable sense of responsibility. She has an incredible memory for details and consistently knows exactly where to “close the loop.”

I’m extremely lucky to have such a colleague, and every project we work on together is a journey! I can’t skip the fact that Hilary is a person with a big heart, which makes this combination even more incredible.
